Welcome!

The Pilates Connection offers individualized programming in a fully equipped, authentic studio. Each session is personalized for you - using such apparatus as a reformer, a chair, a Cadillac, an arc barrel, and mat - tailored even more specifically by adding small weights, fitness circles, exercise bands, foam rollers and stability balls to enhance the movement. Our highly-trained instructors come from a diverse and eclectic training base, and offer over 500 progressive exercises to target your specific needs. The overall objective of each session is to enhance your health and wellness through intelligent exercise in a safe and comfortable environment. We offer a variety of mat, group, semi-private and private sessions ranging in price from $15 - $70.
